Cannot extract?

When i try to extract to the destination it says the file cannot be created.  I tried messing around with some settings on my computer but i cannot figure it out.  Any help would be great because i really want to play this mod.

Hi there,

You could try using a different extraction program. I believe 7zip can open .rar files?
But 'the file cannot be created' sounds strange, almost is if you don't have permission to alter that folder :S
