Resolved Cannot do anything after being attacked and converting attacker during a siege.

Summary: Cannot continue a siege or move away after being attacked by a lord and converting the lord to join our side during a siege.
How to Reproduce: So it happens like this: first you are attacked by a lord. What you then do is to convert that lord to your kingdom through speech option. After that you get the bug that when the lord keeps trying to attack/talk to you for a while. After exiting the conversation around 2/3 times the UI for the siege dissapears and you can't interact with any siege options (as seen in the picture). When you click on the map the game thinks you are in walking mode and your tents spin in the direction of the click but you stay in place. In this state you can't do anything except wait for a lord to come and kill you or load an older save. This bug has happened to me in previous versions as well and seems to be a direct result of the bug when the npcs keep trying to talk to you.
