Cannot disband troops (1.011)

I have some troops I want to disband from Yalen but I cant seem to do so :\.

Has this bug been reported and if not is there some sort of workaround to this?

you need to have the troops in your party to disband them. if they are garrisoned in Yalen, take them to your group and then disband.
