Cannot Create module.ini File

I've been trying to install the Panoramic mod.

It says to modify the module.ini files of all your M&B mods.  But only two of the four modules I have will let me modify their module.ini file.

For the others I get "Cannot create the [then it says the filename of the particular module.ini] file."

Can anyone help me with this?

Right click on the module.ini file and select "properties", then make sure "read only" is off.
That should do the trick, if not: try to save it under a different name and then delete the old one and rename the new one to "module.ini"

Thanks, mate!  I couldn't seem to make any of the folder un-read-only, but I managed a work-around by saving it as a different file name in a different folder, and then pasting it in and renaming it.

Its weird though, that you cant make them un-readonly 
ah well.. your problem is gone
