Resolved Cannot Complete Inn & Out

Summary: I took the Inn & Out quest and went to meet the Game Host. When I talked to him I got the response shown below.

But I could not sit down. I could not play the game. I could not threaten him. I had no ability to do anything to complete the quest.

How to Reproduce: I will upload a save game (of course mentioning this thread and my user name). My character has accepted the quest and is in the target city. Go see the Game Host.

The QA team informed me that they were unable to reproduce this issue in the most recent version of the game. Can you try to reproduce this issue again in the latest version of the game?
