We HAVE had armed revolts in Canada before. Both English and French Canadian. While crushed they did lead to more responsible/self government for the Canadian colonies.

Also I think our government sucks. Down with Harper! Up with... um, damn.

Turn Canada into a British Protectorate and invite Arch over to rule it?

We don't need to be a British Protectorate, just bring arch over.

Gah, be proud of it. I'm proud that my compatriots use pie and not guns. If a nation can express its views without violence and killing, all the better for them.

Are we going to have him pie Harper to death on live TV?

If Canada didn't exist, we would've not have this problem. Too bad we failed in the War of 1812. We could've used your guys' help in the Spanish-American war to invade mainland Spain EUROPE!

You know the rest of the world pretty much agrees about this on the subject of the U.S. right?

We have no interest in occupying canadian soil, that i can assure you. How america works: we take down large powers while converting other potential allies to our "empire", then focus on lesser powers. However there are still bigger powers to deal with *ehm russia* so we have our hands full

anyway, if enough people in canada are pissed off about this, then there's always a final solution. and it always works if planned out properly.

Kongol Khan.

Pissed off and Canadians rarely go together in the same sentence, or even in the same paragraph I might add. We're more likely to silently resent something and send letters to the editor pertaining to the subject instead of taking to the streets and burning ****.

Then this issue is not as bad as people make it seem.

There a generally two types of people in Canada. Those who like to be involved in public and government affairs, and those that more or less just live with who is elected and how they run things regardless. The former is quite small, while the latter is the the huge majority of Canadians. The former is incredibly loud, since the latter isn't very much involved and thus significant numbers of Canadians have no more leaning one way of the other, they're opinions are pretty much non-existent in the public eye. The former loud people, are incredibly polarized I've noticed, either to the left, right, or devoted to being moderate.

Edit: You know what, it's not just Canadians. It's pretty much the standard in developed countries.

This is true. People seem to think that if they yell loud enough, other people will agree with them. Unfortunately, this is also often true.

I'm not sure anywhere is . Well, maybe your local pothead hangout.

Holy ****, you could spend year there in pointless pursuits.
