Can you catch arrows?!

I was playin vs bots today, and someone shot a crossbow at me. Just before it hit, i saw a box flash. (similar to the Arrow... Pick Up? box)

SO... if you mash "F" ... can you catch projectiles in flight?!

I can imagine elite players being invulnerable by catching arrows out of mid air :/

No, the arrow probably landed near you. You can pick arrows from ground.

i know you can do this. i had my shield up. as it was about to strike my shield, i saw the box (of wonderrr....!!)

Sometimes arrows would hang in the air as if they hit a wall, that might be the problem.

There was probably another arrow in the ground where you were looking. You don't get the "pick up" option on projectiles in motion.

i just spent like 20 minutes trying to catch bolts w/o a shield >.<
