Can we ban this TKing player? He's made Captain unplayable

It's CptCodeine. He just TKs. What that means is Captain, one of the few game modes left, is unplayable.

Yet I’ve seen reports for this guy for a few months now and he remains unbanned. Same for the degenerates on the duel server.

I don’t have faith in this “report” system coming out either.
