Can still fire ranged weapons at civilians {.731}

Even though you can't melee friendly townspeople anymore, you can still knock them unconcious in a pool of blood with ranged weapons. I have a feeling this is not an intended feature.

Also, I noticed that when I'm in town and equipped with throwing daggers, I can simply switch weapons, then go to my inventory screen, then re-equip the daggers and I will have al my ammo back. I wonder if this also works on the battlefield. I shall try it.

I can't shoot npc in any of the towns execpt zendar. I was like "To bad you shoot npcs any more *pulls out bow* oh well, *fires* *thunk* wha... but...
I was going to talk to him. *kills everybody then leaves*

Weird. I was able to throw throwing knives into all the NPCs in Halmar after I succesfully disguised myself and snuck in. They did not attack back, and I was not able to attack them with a melee weapon.

After installing .731 i cant kill people i towns, but there is an exception, the two men at the salt mine can still be killed with ranged weapons (or at least throwing axes).
