can someone,anyone,everyone make a sellswords/assasins mod?

i just got dreaming about what i'd do if i were the characters in the game and suddenly my mind bumped into an idea that the starting character would be a retired assasin/sellsword called to assasinate the warleaders/captains/counts/duke and whatsoever and that the only thing available at the weapon shop will be knives and swords only with very low weight 0.5/1.0 maybe and no horses at all with fellow sellswords/assasins from the placed u work before, all quests are assasinating peole, then a story line maybe and maybe if the character succeed in quests the agility will rise making the character very speady, and only one faction if possible,(if not just make the second faction our gang duke)as will the whole of calradia is protecting THE MAN.....suceeding in small quests will rise ur ranking one step close to the worlds most famous sellswords/assasins and leading to new friends and harder quests lastly leading to killing THE MAN.
battles will be just the same as will the enemies troops will have no change just us, but make no weapon blunt so making the game prisonerless

and just someone make it without asking me,

I think people don't realize how much time and effort a big mod will take, especially if they are largely doing it on your own.

everyone here makes their own mod or no mod basically. and those of us who don't mod, were we to start, wouldn't just do someone else's random idea. so if making a mod makes the mod boring for you, then tough luck. people aren't too crazy about making a mod for someone else around here, that's even less fun than making your own. so basically, it's not going to happen unless you do it yourself. sorry about that.

Learn for yourself, there's plenties of tutorials out there.
