can not queue in party

I was queue with one other person with me being the captain. I have no issue joining the game, but my buddy gets disconnected at warming stage. He have no issue joining the game solo, just can't queue in party. Sidge mode.

Having this same issue but it is only some of the time. Primarily Siege as well.

Can confirm other mode works, just siege.
