Can Not Open Storms1.dds

I'm getting an error code that says that I can't open Storms1.dds. I recently upgraded an older version with a serial code I purchased a while back. It's rather irritating that I can't opperate it, so I'm hoping you guys can help so I do'nt have to reinstall.

What relevance did that have?

Try actually reading that thread through and you should see the relevance, rather than just reading the first post which I assume is all you did. Lets see, storm1.dds problem, and Armagan saying to run full installation. Pretty much covers it, eh?
