Need More Info Can not make peace with empire despite aborted quest

Summary: Chose quest to fight empire, my faction died, I switched faction, quest got aborted - now I am perpetually at war with all empire factions and neither can I make peace, nor can they. I got several peace offerings including payments from the empire factions but the faction vote just does not appear.
How to Reproduce: Join non empire faction, fight the empire, fail the conspiracy quest, when the war started, change factions.

Hey, we do not offer support for the mods or modded games. Can you try to reproduce the issue on a new campaign after manually removing all the mod files and verifying the integrity of the game files. If the issue is persistent on a new, unmodded campaign please let me know.

The issue first occurred with an un-modded game, I added the mods later.
