Need More Info Can not find my sibling

Summary:
My sister turned 18 and shows as being in Murnath, but upon my arrival she wasn't to be found.
I looked in the keep and in the tavern, even tried walking around the city, tavern and keep to find her. But she wasn't to be found.
I then travelled around for half a year, thinking her location might change, still no change... Still in Murnath and still not there.

How to Reproduce:
Happens everytime I start a new game

Have you used cheats and if so which:
none

Use call to party from the member section in the clan page.

But i do have found a simular bug. A potential wife i was chasing could not be found in the town. But in a castle.

Are you still experiencing this issue on the latest version of the game as well? (1.1.0)
