Can my PC run Bannerlord?

I really really want to play the game smoothly. At first i was confident i would be able to run it on Medium settings smoothly at 60FPS. But my anxiety and doubts started hitting on me.
Here are my specs:
CPU: Ryzen 5 3400G
GPU:Nvidia GTX 1660 Super 6GB Windforce OC
RAM: 16GB 3200MHz

The PC is fairly new so it still at max perfomance.
So will i be able to run it at least on Medium settings and smoothly at 60 fps?

Yeah you should be able to run it fine. not max settings with hundreds of NPC's on the field but you will certainly be able to run it comfortably. Your GPU is extremely good and your CPU is good aswell.

i want full armies but i doubt if my pc is good enough?
