Can i add banners pages?

hello guys,
Do you know if it is possible to add, for example a banners_f.dds archive to the textures folder, and make it appear as anothe page in the banner selection screen?

uh, this sounds like a modding question, but I know you can add your own banners into the game.  I've seen screens with special banners.
