Can anyone give me manual how to join the game?

Hey, let me try to help you with that.

1. First, please make sure that your game is up to date and on the live version. (Under the "BETAS" tab pick "none")
2. Run the launcher and pick multiplayer on it, then press play.
3. You will be logged in, then you can pick "play" from the menu on top.
4. In that page you can select your region, and the game mode you want to play.
5. You can join the queue for "skirmish" and "captain" or join the custom servers and hop right into the game.

I haven't been able to connect to any server in a year. It has no server or one to choose from, nothing is displayed.

I re-installed the game 10 times and I'm still empty. Not a single server is displayed there. here is a photo.
