Can AI lords gain or lose renown (in Floris Mod Pack)?

I just wondered because in my old game, King Harlaus had something with 1280 renown but in a newly started game he has only 1200.

He could have probably gained that by winning tournaments.

Edit: Checked source.  They can earn renown (20 if you have not changed it) per tournament win.

In Floris, as in Native there are three ways NPC lords can gain renown: hold feasts, win tournaments, serve as marshal. Specifically:

They get renown for being marshal (15 at the end of their service), for holding feasts (20 at the end of the feast), and for winning tournaments (20). [From module_scripts and module_simple_triggers].
