Can a religion angle be included?

Apologies if I have not posted this in the correct place.  Not sure if this would be a good way to include religion but some of my ideas have been.

1. Have Christian and/or pagan temples that can be like an outpost faction.
2. Create an item for someone to pick up that they need to carry round the map and sell at the the church to be like a pilgrimage. (make it an item that can bee seen on someones back(like a cross or something) that can not be put into a cart)
3. This would create a way for non serf class to make a bit of coin???
4. Perhaps make temples have a bread/wine sell point (these need to be added also) and the church gains tax of it say, thus meanin the church will want to protect farmers etc. Also player would have to come to the church for food and thus be healed.
5. Wars could be justfied by payin the church off like holy war.
6. Murderors, people who pay for assasination or accost pilgrims could be excomunicated resulting in them being KOS or maybe you could pay church for excommunicate and then whoever kills them gets reward from church.
7. A nasty church leader could be attacked and deposed
8. Church armory only have blunt weapons and priest lookin clothes.
9. Perhaps traveler and healer classes would suit.
10. Admins could use it to call Crusades as an RP event or something.
11. Criminal could be forced to join the church and farm for awhile.
12. Have it so commoners can maybe vote who is the Church leader.
13. Commoners could complain to the church for justice as RP.
14. Some people may want to RP and bless soldiers before they go of to war or even come along to a fight.
15. Excomunicated people could redeem themselves through service to the church. Like guarding pilgrims or farmers or church entrance or something.
16. Prolly other RP ideas I have missed.

LOL I know this would probably be a bit much and I dont know enough about programming to know if its even possible but i thought it may add to the rp depth and be good for those that are not big on fighting but dont want to stay as a commoner.

Oh and to all the PC people. I do not condone holy war or any other crapola of this nature, its just that in this time setting it was real part of the landscape and I think it would make a better RP experience.

Pretty much all of that is ingame roleplay thats possible, and christianity is a bad idea, we already have religions for PW.

I remember when the christian factions were so popular that when a islamic like nation was created it started a huge holy war that resulted in templars killing everyone who wasnt inthere faction using the logic " if you aren't helping us you are with the enemy"

It ended with admins having to take over the factions and end the war, so much muslim hate :/

Quite possibly, tbh it started happening as soon as laszlo added templars :/ its why we have laszloism not Christianity, people bring real life beliefs into a game then refuse to allow others to play along side them without converting :/

I remember getting in an argument on this forum because I suggested using laszloism instead of Christianity and a Christian fanatic become abusive that i was worshipping false idols ¬_¬

I just remember that Middle Eastern Garb was added, along side a Mosque and in the same City was European Armors and Clothes as well as a church..

There was a horrible out break of people declaring holy wars and killing people wearing something that represented the other religion, it degraded further into little kids yelling ALLAH and what not while attacking other people.

I think having Religions would be a bad Idea. Since i was Roleplaying as a Priest today on the Main server. there was about two other people who Helped. Anyone i went up to claimed that God Didant Exist so on that note i don't think its gona work.
