Resolved Can’t launch assault in siege when allied armies support

Summary: every time I start a siege and finish building a siege camp I get all normal assault options on the side panel, however, when an AI army arrives and sieges with me it greys out the options and says I am “not in command of the siege” but the AI army will never launch an assault even when the enemy defending army has only a fraction of power on the balance of power meter or if siege towers are built or walls are destroyed. As long as an AI army is supporting me I can’t launch siege assaults because I am “not in command” and this issue only resolved once after several AI armies supporting my siege disbanded mid siege again without ever launching the siege.
How to Reproduce: any time I start a siege and any AI army supports, this happened regardless if I was a solo warband as either vasal or mercenary, and again when sieging while leading an army as a vasal

This is intended. If an NPC who is a king/commander can take control of the siege. But we have fixed a bug where this NPC refrains from attacking. The fix will be in the game with the next version. Thank you for reporting and sorry for any inconvenience.
