Resolved Can’t interact with parties on campaign map

I currently can’t interact with any parties on the campaign map. All I can do is follow them around forever. Hostile factions can engage me, but if they are small enough to run away I can never engage them. I’ve even tried starting a new game and I get the same thing.

Maybe you have a low speed squad because of the large number of warriors or your cart is overloaded with items. You can solve the overload problem by buying enough sumter horses or donkeys.
