I'm suggesting that there should be some way to stop and make camp in the game.
In a similar way to resting in an Inn, time would speed up, and I think your spotting range should be decreased, as you are just watching in case someone approaches your camp. I also think there should be a tactical disadvantage if you are attacked while inside your camp, element of surprise and all that. Perhaps there could be a new type of area for when a battle takes place while one of them were camped.
This would come into play more if and when fatigue is implemented into the game, but it would be good if the NPC parties stopped to make camp too. Also, camp stops should probably appear in their tracks.
