Problem: Compared to Warband, the Bannerlord campaign map has a larger pool of settlements and heroes, hence, the number of events which the player has to follow in real time has been vastly increased. Remembering all these unique names of heroes (who change and add in number due to lineage progression) and settlements is much harder, which leads to an inevitable issue: it is very hard for the player to comprehend all the events.
Solution: All the announcements on the campaign map need icons which easily describe the action in the text, and colored encyclopedia entries for heroes and settlements. Furthermore, a widely requested feature - Logs - needs to reappear.

Solution: All the announcements on the campaign map need icons which easily describe the action in the text, and colored encyclopedia entries for heroes and settlements. Furthermore, a widely requested feature - Logs - needs to reappear.
How it works:
- The announcements appear within a translucent frame in the bottom-left corner of the screen;
- Each announcement will be flanked with a suggestive icon, showing what happened to the object of the action;
- On the announcement itself, heroes and settlements are linked to the encyclopedia;
- For factional identification, each icon may accompany a small colored shield, picturing the faction color of the action object;
- Alternatively, instead of using a small pictured shield for factional identification, the encyclopedia entries may be colored in the faction color the hero/settlement belongs to (pic. 2);
- All the issues which concern the player, his clan and his/her settlements and quests will flash for a second, as to make them more distinguishable.
- Just below the translucent frame, on the extreme left side of the bottom bar, a Logs option has to appear, which, once clicked, would bring a up a list with all the world events which have ever appeared on the campaign map (either session-bound or generally game-bound would be better).
Effect:
- The player will be able to easily identify and understand world events;
- The player will be able to distinguish between events that are essential or not essential to his/her interests;
- The player will be able to see at a glance if something important happened with his clan/settlement or quest.
