I'll go ahead and post this, although I suspect reinstalling is likely the only fix.
Lately in my current game, (and a couple of times in my last game), whenever I leave any location or inventory window, my campaign camera goes haywire and beginnings moving away from location as if I have the "W" key pressed down. Then, if I go into a location in-character (like castle, walk around town) or into battle, it's still as if the "W" key is stuck!
The "W" key isn't stuck, of course, in other applications. Just Warband.
The only way to stop the camera temporarily is to hold the W and S keys simultaneously.
I'm playing with the .123 patch and diplomacy mod. The game file is quite large...2700+ game days.
