Resolved Camera control is on the left stick, how do I bind it to the right stick?

DISCLAIMER: Before anyone bashes me for using a gamepad, I'm not using one. I'm using a Tartarus Pro since it has pressure sensitive keys but to use that functionality, it needs to be configured as either gamepad keys or joystick axis.

Now to the issue, for some reason Camera movement is bound to the left stick on a gamepad and there's no way to rebind inside the game, I'm sure that there's a game file either in the install path or My Documents that I can modify, can anyone point me towards it?

I'll modify it so that only left stick will be bound to anything in game.
