Could you try to change (or actually remove) the health bar? Maybe change it to a heart beat sensor, or something a little more..."modern" looking/

What DDS file do you need to edit to get it like that?

Just assign an invisible texture to the health bar, and code in heartbeat sounds to the player's health, the lower it is, the faster the heartbeats.

If you make automatic weapons be careful modding them because they usually end up glitchy and unrealistic. MnB was never made for something like this, so good luck.

Well, that sounds more harder. Pretty hard to. Well we could add a chest(edited to loook more modern) on the battlefield witha new mag and some other stuff.
