Calling all Haiduc/Hajduk

I plan on forming a unit that will use and keep the military tradition of the (east) Roman Empire, and later the various Balkan states keeping a focus fighting quickly and smart. I don't have a vent channel, I don't have a website and for a while I plan on keeping this variously small in order to form an organized core group that will probably act as mercenaries for the most part early on. I have some requirements for joining and that is that you have a mic and that you're willing to learn and teach. We will have practices, organized drilling, in short this will be done very professionally as something quite a bit more than "guys who hang out and play together." A little bit about myself, I played the original on and off for a while but never got too far. I bought Warbands a week or so after it came out and i'm still learning myself. Some nights when I play I can run into a crowd of 6 or 7 guys and in 30 seconds they're all dead. Other nights I take 6 or 7 steps out of spawn and I die. I'm not into taking games too seriously but I would like to see a bit of organization and professionalism and if you want that too you're welcome to apply to join.

I've never ran a "warband" but I do have a lot of experience leading people both in and out of game.

So Romanians, Bulgarians, Greeks, Serbs, or if you're just an enthusiast about the late Roman Empire in the east or actually knew from the start what a haiduc/hajduk is join up.
