Not the right place I know, but I'd rather not make a new topic. How will the Sony deal play out with mods? Will people still be able to develop and release mods for free. And how is this going to affect Living History Games, or was this Sony deal awhile back and they already came up with some sort of contract?

As far as I've been told, the modders will have to pay Sony to make the mods, or alternatively, sell it to Sony and get paid for doing it. Of course, that means that you will have t pay for mods in the future.
