I take my old coffee pan from the stove after around 30 seconds to a minute after hearing it boil. Works well for me.

I don't often drink coffee, but when I do, it's dark roast.

Arabica beans, what else. Löfbergs Lila Crescendo is what I buy regularly, since it's practically the best they have in the stores that's still at a reasonable price.

Dunno if anyone here has tried an Italian coffee called Paská. It's surprisingly good, considering that in Finnish the brand literally means "****".

 I personally like Lavazza and Musetti if you're going for Italian coffee.

Yes, yes, everyone likes it. I'm a casual.

I was really only experimenting because the brand name cracked me up. Not everyone can say that they drunk ****ty coffee on the morning and enjoyed it.  :shifty:

Those are familiar names, though. Maybe I'll get myself a post-Christmas treat... depending if they're sold in the stores... if I care enough. It's times like these I *almost* wish I cared more about what coffee I'm drinking, since usually my criteria are just "as long as it's not Finnish"  :dead:

Made Turkish Greek Lebanese coffee that I got from my brother for Christmas. I don't have a cezve briki rakwa, but I managed quite well without it. Even got some nice foam developing in the pot.
