hi i saw some guy called cado (he says he's idibil the maker of this mod) in a tavern after i talk to him he starts to attack people and me because he wants a new kingdom but i have 3 questions:

1 can cado start a new kingdom?
2 if he could can i join it?
3 can i recruit those cool soldiers he has without having to take them prisoner and then recruit them?

you can defeat him but then he admits suicide
if someone else defeats him you just do the tavern scene all over again and after that he's gone

Four words, Cado is a douche. Randomly jumped me, anyway I don't think he can start a new Kingdom and if he could I doubt he'll let "outsiders" in. When I defeated him I captured his surviving soldiers and just recruited them into my party, that's what you need to do.

After i defeted him ( it took more that an hour  ) - he escaped . Is it posible to capture him , or i am wasting my time to replay the fight  ?

Does the quest end when he is defeted ?

there's an editor called 'tweakmb' i used it to make sure enemy lords NEVER escape

No he cannot start his own kingdom and just patrols around Cornwall to the best of my knowledge, if you are fortunate enough to capture him you can kill him.
