Resolved Buying your own mercenaries to duplicate them

If you place Mercenaries within the Garrison of a Town or Castle you can Talk to them. In the Dungeon, town/castle or keep, and hire them again. Duplicating them and allowing the player to hire a high tier mercenary army in under and in game hour should they repeat the process over and over.
