Buying Through Paypal

Hey hey, I'm new.


I bought a serial key two days ago through paypal, but I haven't received it yet. How long does it usually take? Thanks.

Are you sure that your order went though and that the money was deducted from your paypal account? Sometimes the website where you enter your information messes up and the order is never processed.

If the transaction did go through ... please hang in there as the creators of the game (Armagan and Ipek) recently moved and might not have everything completely back in order.

If you could ... please update this thread if there is any change at all or if you can confirm that the order did go through.

Thanks for the response. I just received an email saying:

'This email confirms that Armagan Yavuz has accepted the $17.00 USD you sent.'


It doesn't include a serial key though..
 
Alright, that means that Armagan (obviously) received the money and will be sending your registration key as soon as possible.

I want to apologize for the delay as things are still a bit chaotic for TaleWorlds. I assure you that you will be receiving your key soon.

Alright, thanks for the help. Heh, I sent him an email too. I'd better stop being so god damn impatient.
 
No, you have every right to expect the game when the website states that you will receive it.

Nothing wrong with that at all!

The problem is ... the move and the new office that TaleWorlds is now in has got things a little out-of-whack.

When I made my post earlier, I sent a PM to Armagan so that as soon as he checks his messages, he will know the situation.

Also, I'm moving this thread to the Customer Support area ... thought I already had. :shock:
