I have played the demo, and finished it (reaching level 6) i think almost ova 100 times, or somthing like that, and that is starting to get anoying. I would like to purchase a copy of the game, but, my parents wont alow me to use credit card, and i have no idea what pay pal is, or how to use it for that matter. Is there any other way of purchasing this brilliant game?

Find a friend/relative/saint/etc to buy it for you. That's how I did it, a friend of mine bought it and I gave him 15€ so he got something for himself too.

Crazy idea, but maybe armagan would take something like a traveler's check? I have no idea, but just an idea. If i'm wrong, insert flames after. Armagan seems to be a very nice/reasonable person. So worth a shot.

:( Sadly i dont have any credit cards, nor most people i know. Is there maybe any other way to buy the game? :( Im dying to play it.

Nah, thats too dangerous(im on studies). If i ask them for something like this, they'll cut off my source of cash

If there was SMS ordering, that you got a link on SMS that you could follow, Mount&Blade would have thousands more payers ;)

ok, i forced my bro-in-law, to buy it for me. Hopefully, ill be a member of the M&B community soon .

P.S How long will it take, to receive the serial key? I just can't wait

If you buy it with a credit card, it should be nearly instantaneous, you recieve your e-mail with your registration key the instant it is processed.

If you buy through PayPal, it takes a full business day.

I know you're not really the one to ask, but why isn't PayPal payment instantaneous (are you sure)? I've got registration for a shareware program set up through PayPal using their IPN system, and it sends out their registration info immediately after they pay and the info is verified between my server and PayPal's.

Maybe I could help a bit?

Thanks a lot Narcissus. At last be able to fight the Dark Khergits on a decent level

You are more than welcome, Saber. :)

Enjoy the game and hope to see you around.

If that doesn't work for you, we also accept payment by PayPal. However, we can not process PayPal orders automatically and it is inconvenient for us to transfer funds with PayPal. Therefore we charge an extra $3 comission for PayPal orders. If you would like to purchase Mount&Blade via PayPal, please send $15 to: [email protected] . We process these orders manually and it may take up to one business day to receive your serial key in this case.

They don't have an automated PayPal system set up ... they do it manually.

My father runs an internet business and does the same as TaleWorlds. The automated systems are really a huge hassle and they take a small percentage as well as charging a regular reoccurring fee. I'm not sure if that is why Armagan does it this way, though. Just a guess.

Hope that helps,

They do charge a small fee, true. But even for a merchant account (for processing CCs directly) they're taking a percentage. And PayPal has no recurring fee, unlike some payment processing solutions.
It's not that much of a hassle to set up automatic payment notification with PayPal. Like I mentioned, I've currently got such an automated system set up through PayPal for a shareware program, which takes care of everything. It does take some knowledge of PHP to get the script set up, but PayPal themselves provide 95% of the PHP framework for it.
Only one possible catch I could think of, is how the keygen is set up. I just converted my keygen code to PHP for the program, so that my server can handle everything, generate the serial, log all info to the SQL database, and send out the registration e-mail to the person whenever PayPal sends payment information and it's verified back with the PayPal server. Works like a charm.
I suppose I could see the keygen process as a possible problem depending on the setup, though.

Just trying to be helpful.
