buying the game

i bought to game today but had trouble ont the Personal Info screen

screen after i entered my details i pressed the

Proceed to checkout

button witch took me back a few steps after going round this loop a few times i relised i had to press enter to progress with buying the game i think this may cost u some sales of anotherwise great game

I couldn't buy it either. I really want to buy the game, but I whenever I enter the checkout screen, it deletes the "cart" containing the game and has no option to continue. Can someone help with this?

I remember having some odd problem like that, as well. I think I had to enter all my data (name, card number, whatever it was; I don't really remember) like three times before it worked.

I didn't have any problems, everything worked like a charm for me.

I had to do it twice. It seem's to someone time's not go through properly.

I couldn't buy the game either, so I went back to the buy screen and repeated the process again. It allowed me the second time.
