Nice guide. I'm confused about something though...
How to hire workers for my production business? After going through the training then making the quality item for the guild master then purchasing the business, when do I get options to hire and/or upgrade the business?

You can hire workers at the moment you talk to the enterprise master. This guy is at the scene. You need to hire all workers
for full efficiency and profit.

I haven't seen such an option to hire or do anything else. I have 2 businesses running so far but the master in the enterprise gives zero options. Am I doing something wrong?

Just got the options...must have been a timing thing. I guess I didn't wait long enough.

Oh it's that native thing where you have to wait a certain time before business can run.

For being in an apprenticeship towards becoming a master, can it be possible so that I don't have to sit there for half an hour going through the same menu to go work every day? I would do the business route more often if becoming a master wasn't so...

Enterprise / business " Church "  : related to Priest apprenticeship  , right ? 
But "Priest"  gives already the possibility to build a brewery or mead  ( iirc  )       
Will this allow to build a church business  in chosen city ?   
Is listed in guild-master dialog , after he gets his 75 florins , and building a church is supposed to give some serious income , 1100 / week in my case,  and other things I suppose...
(is those "other things" I am interested in actually    )

My question is : Has anyone built a Church business ?  And how did you get the right to build it ?

I have a problème, and I didn't find answers anywhere. Why does the guild master bad advies on the business? We have no interrest to ask him and to pay him in that case, no? Because he said to me that a oïl press in Suno will gain 2680 florins per week, and I lost 800. I loked for solution, and people said that we need to invest in the business and hire more workers. I did, and now I lose 1500 per week... And more, I can not change of business, it's annoying

Hier, I found the best business for each town, but I can not buy all of them (linen, wool, brewery?). I have only blacksmith, carpenter, tailor, Church, bakery, wine press, oïl press and weavery and dyework. Maybe I have the wrong version, because on the menu of the mod there is a v1.172 written, but I downloaded it on Steam last week, and there is a v4.1 noted on it...

Linen is a weavery
Brewery is a church
Wool is a tailor

As for the guildmaster giving bad advice, are you sure he said 2680 florins and not -2680 florins? My income never quite matches what he tells me, but they are usually at least fairly close.

As far as version, v1.172 refers to the version of Mount and Blade Warband the mod is designed for, while the v4.1 refers to the version of the Nova Aetas modification in particular.
