i found burilgi, brought a bunch of my lords with me, and none of them will join in the fight.. is this intended? if so am i really supposed to single handedly fight 1100 good troops?

He might be involved in a battle. If he reinforced some other party the battle would not even involve his beige colour, but be in the colour of the faction he is supporting. If he were supporting D'shar raiders against e.g. a Ravenstern caravan the colours shown on the map would be white (D'shar raiders) and blue (Ravenstern), but not beige (Burilgi). So you have to check all ongoing battles.

PS: If you haven't yet done it, try cheating! If you enable cheats and then press "ctrl+t" you will see the whole map with all parties and be able to locate him easier.

yeah, is there any way to change this? besides waiting for them to get into fights and attacking against??  also dont you have to be positive with them anyways?

I dont think there is another way besides the one that you mentioned.
Yes, you have to be in a good relationship with them to "win" the game, but i think that you have to defeat both of their warlords first.

i dont get it, i have to kill their warlods than get positive relation with them.. right now im at 8 relations with them so i need to get to negative somehow, or find someone fighting those huge armies, which i doubt is going to happen.. this seems like a big pain to me :\

just found a nice way of getting rep lowered for noldor in case other people are having problems like i was, basically find a weak group (i found some forest robbers) and i pushed them into noldor area and then attacked, worked nicely to get myself back to 0 rep

There should be an option like to all factions like major nations to "deliver your demands", so you dont run into issues like that.

can't agree more.   it would be fascinating if you could tell the noldors to "handover your weapons, armors, horses and everything!"

Have you tried this tweak? http://forums.taleworlds.com/index.php/topic,46290.msg1270097.html#msg1270097

Supposedly gives you the option to attack parties even when you are on good terms with them.

I think it would be better if you left the original message, in order for other users to understand the context of the posts following your first post.

And I experience the problem that none of my lords will support me against e.g. Buirilgi, which is rather annoying. I don't believe it is intended, but can't say for sure.

Use TML tweaks at your own risk. PoP has thousands lines of newly written code, changing anything explicitely developed for native may cause your game to go wahoney and destroy your savegame.

A good trick is to have your lords follow you into the desert, and let them run off to attack some smaller band. Once they've all joined the fight, you go and find Burilgi, and lead him into the battle, then join it yourself. If they stop fighting before Burilgi joins in, you can attack him yourself, all nearby lords should join in the battle.

I'm gonna test this one out ... it's one of those aspects of the game that people find quite aggrevating. I'd agree though that removing chunks of code is dodgy. I've tried alot of magelords tweaks in PoP and where it's just a single value or multiplier it usually seems to be ok ... but when it comes to whole chunks yes, ... things can screw up.

Use at your own risk i think.

Hey i just realised you can escort caravans for a fee! Excellent!

The fee you get from escorting caravans is pretty much equivalent to selling yourself to slavery..

The time and effort,I found are never worth it to follow a honest merchant all around the map.

I much prefer to collect tolls from them, you can collect 1k+ without a fight with less than 100 guys. The larger the party, the higher the payment.

Haha, of course i wouldn't consider actually escorting them (you're right! So mutch to do and what a waste of time!), but it's still a nice feature no?

Anyway you can help me out?
PLEASE?

I tried a Magelord tweek http://forums.taleworlds.com/index.php/topic,46290.msg1270097.html#msg1270097  to allow me to attack friendly factions (to hit the Noldor lord even though I have positive relations).

Didn't back up file.

I was sent the 10 lines of numbers following the word "mno_encounter_attack" in the menu.txt found in Mount&Blade/Data/Modules/Prophesy of Pendor 2 to recreat the file lines I had modified.

Even with the menu.txt lines from SCGavin (thanks!)... I now get a script error as follows when I "Charge the enemy":

SCRIPT ERROR ON OPCODE 21:  Invalid Script Parameter ID: 0:  LINE NO: 0:
At script: cf_get_first_agent_with_troop_id.

Anybody have the answer?
