Bullets into laser bolts!!!

How would i go about changing the flying bullet into a bright red laser bolt such as those in the star wars conquest mod? Any help greatly appreciated!

Make a simple mesh and name it "bullet"

Make a simple red texture, or vertex color it.

Edit your module_items.py to have the "ixmesh_flying" flag, and after that place your mesh name.

I don't have my module system right now, or I would show you what I did.
