XD Im such an idiot I forgot the common res folder is not the same as the module folder.
shoot me a PM with your email address and I'll just send you the brf file you need instead of having you redownload your M&B warband game.
 
I've noticed in 1866 that theres really no Indians lol. The only Indians are almost totally white acting/looking in the CS Settlers (if theres another Indian faction that I don't know about, please tell me!)

And also, when ever theres the bandit event in the villages where the bandits take over, its always 1,684 something like that bandits... clearly I'm not going to kill 1,684 bandits LOL.

Also something I've noticed is that the Chiefs/Officers never really roam around or do anything, so maybe something to look into.

first of all, 1755 is a great mod, thank you!
I'm experiencing the follwing problem: when in the action/battle scenes the image becames stuck and shaking, like it's trap bettween two frames. Normally If I minimaze the game and then maximaze the problem was solve, but now it's constant. I thought that was something with graphic card drivers and update them and I am also running the game with WSELoader.
I read the first page of this thread and mainly everything is fine. Could be somthing with the anisotropic filter beeing enable?
THis problem only occurs in battle scenes, walking in the towns/taverns/forts, etc does not happen.
 
Hi, just wanted to let you know about somethings i noticed, you may know about them but i thought i would mention them just in case.

I went to rescue a prisoner from venango and the door wasn't there or something. I know you're aware of this problem in some scenes but thought i would just point out this is one incase you didn't know abou that particular one.

Lily seems to have some kind of floating cigarette looking thing above her (i think it's the invisible guy's hand). I know you had to get crafty with this but thought i might let you know about that as well incase you already didn't.

Anyway, loving the mod! One super awesome thing i noticed was i looted a bear form some wild animals and rode it around for a while, i was leading a regiment of Brits against the french ON A BEAR! BEYOND Awesome! I was bear cavalry lol.
 
I'm pretty sure this has been asked about, but I didn't see it yet so here it is... why is the bandit infestation number (number of bandits) always at 1,654 bandits? Theres no way I can clear that out :\ how do you fix this bug?
 
Great mod so far, i realy enjoy how weak am i (compare to normal game.I could take like 20 soliders whit no harm at all), but i think i have problem whit companions.Uncas has left my party.First i thought he was captured, but ransom broker isnt telling me about him.Its the same when i want to ask about location of my companions.

Some ideas where are they?

Hi i have problem with M&B Warband when i click on Plai game Icon its nothing hapining and PC starting very Lag so can you help me with that problem? P.S im not Englishman my bad english.
 
SiberianCossack, spend 5 minutes on reading different topics and you would know that A: It's currently 1 very very busy person who is making 3 mods at the same time. B: ITS A BETA, aka "work in progress" aka "not finished yet" aka "bugs mr rico, zillions of them!".
You're using another persons hard earned work for free, either enjoy it the best you can and bring some sort of constructive criticism to the table that you think might make this better or GTFO, simply bashing a work in progress is both ignorant and stupid.

Dude there may be 2 things :

1. Your PC is not ... good ... you know ?  :lol:

2. You 're doing wrong thing . Try ctrl+alt+del after clicking icon , than select "task manager" (if you're using windows 7) if you use XP or something else , just make ctrl+alt+del . you should see the game's name and icon there. if you see , just double click ! :grin: , if you dont , your pc is .. erghh... no enough to play this  :lol: :lol:


Edit : oh ... i see he's banned now :O whatever ... this may help somebody else :grin:
 
I thought followers became officers when you start a new faction. I conquered Overhill + Cherookee, and i moved my court but i can't give estates to followers. do i have to convince enemy officers to join?

i took some screens on things, that had been ... strange:

- Was able to chose banner at day 5 or something i finished about 2 quests and talked to 2 lords so ... is this a kind of gift to the player like high stats, experienced companions and OP dog Lilly ?

well the animation for 3 pair musket with bayonet is there ... maybe just replace the one model with this , also this spanish musket is just one example there was another one at same trader with same issue.


- Is that on purpose ? or is this because you/one can have a Ship ?

There is a nice thing in the upper right corner - search bar. You can even search for words just in one topic, so try it next time before you post.  :grin:

The "Change banner" option is always available from the camp menu. I think it is mainly a gift for players, but the only effect it has is that you can represent your chosen faction. It won't add you any renown and won't give you any advantage. So if you want to be a proud Briton from the start, you can. If you want to get your banner the hard way, you can.

Yes, I noticed that too a few times. I don't really know the reason, but I know that only unimportant citizens/soldiers do it and as nothing will happen after the conversation, just don't talk to them again. (I never actually talk to citizens/soldiers in any mod, you do?)

This particular armor rarely appears in merchant screen. You can have some fun with Morgh's to fix it, however, it never appears outside the merchant screen and can safely be ignored.

Sorry, never noticed that. Have you tried taking the musket in a battle? I think Gabby once said that it displays properly on the field.

It's not bug. You can only cross the rivers on some places - it is just like bridges in Calradia, except America is such a tough country it has fords instead  :grin:.

All is very true, Rengar. You're doing a good job.
About the display of Muskets: It's as it is because this mod uses the same display for Muskets as Native does for Crossbows: You see them from above. When handling these weapons in battle they appear 100% correct.
Displaying muskets like Crossbows is a good sollution IMO. The way the player and the NPCs handle the weapons in battle is better than most mods that add a new weapon type to it I believe. Also, it makes everything easier to code, and thus more stable (I believe).
