This seems to work as intended. Prices are just so high now. Inviting a lord without land can cost around 300k, and if a clan has towns and castles, you will also "buy" those. Can be 1-2mil for a town.

They agree because you are paying a huge tribute (2780/day) now.

Sometimes you will not get the fiefs thought without the skill to trade fiefs. But if you do you should pick their fiefs if you want them. Also if you have a lot of fiefs yourself you can use them to buy lords and get a huge rep boost while your at it.

I Inviting a lord in my kingdom for 1 dinary. which Lord has 1 city to join the kingdom for about 2,000,000 dinars, this is nonsense.

They have army more than 10.000 soldiers. I have 3.000 soldiers.They can come to besiege my city with their huge army, and at this time I can simply sign the peace and pay tribute to them in order not to surrender the city

This is normal. If you are the only person on the kingdom it is accepted automatically and you're paying tribute to the enemy kingdom every day, so it is normal.
