Resolved Bugged out character models

This occurred after I patched my game to 1.0.8. A lot of characters are now like this.

I just reloaded the game twice after. The first time I reloaded the game, same issue. The second time this problem wasn't there. Another thread says the highland noble bracers might be the issue, but i never removed them. Curious
