bug with upgrading in vaegir archer

I would like to upgrade my vaegir skirmisher ( I think ) when I click on upgrade to archer, the game stop and a windows talking about a c++ error, apears, when I click on "ignore" or on everything else the game reappears, but my soldiers ave disapeared !!!

After many weeks of playing i get exactly the same problem, except it crashes when dayly training takes place, i click ignore and one group of soldiers have disappeared.

It finnaly works I've upgrading my skirmishers in archer ( after about 30 try ) but ... the same problem occurs with next upgrading what's wrong with those men ?!!? they don't want to level up ???
