Summary:
I got the quest, where you have to convince a lord to sell some mercenaries to him.
I tried to convince him, but failed.
Before the Conversation ended, I exited and loaded the newest save to try again.
The Problem is now whenever I try to talk to someone, no matter which person, I have the typical things I can say, but I can't click them.
Furthermore, I still have two points above the conversation, that show, if you managed to convinced someone.
Only the first Point is filled.
So I can't talk to anyone, because of this.
This affects all my old saves and when I start a new game!!!!!!
It is solved, when I exit the game completely and restart ist.
How to Reproduce:
I guess search for the Quest Company of Trouble, or possibly any quest where you have to convince someone.
Fail to convince someone to break the game.
Before the conversation ends exit the game to the main menu and load any save or start a new game.
For me the game get's corrupted.
But again, it is solved appearently, when you restart the game.

The original save was for 1.0.4 I think.
I continued with 1.0.5 and then got the bug.
