Bug with dialoge that breaks the savefile

I was talking with Ira the daughter from the emperer and i saved before asking to be her most admires.... after that i stalked her for a while and tried to talk to her again ask her for marriage then when i failed i loaded the old save game and now i have a speache bar with every person i talk to its impossible to continue my save because you talk even if you attack a looter

UPDATE: all my save-games have the same issue i cant play with them when i try to talk to someone i get the speache test but nothing to anser with i onley have the standart option when you talk with them

i would realy like if someone knew the anser or how to fix this

UPDATE2: i cant make a new game it has the same bug as my saves....

No i havent how do i send crash reports and stuff could you explain please?

When it crashes it should ask you if it isn't, that's also a problem in and of itself.
