I was doing a quest where you had to go find the daughter who runs off with some guy. I talked to a child in town and had him lead me to them. When I got to them I started to talk to them, then the kid interrupted the dialogue to tell me we had arrived at the people I was looking for. When I dismissed his conversation I was unable to continue the conversation with the couple I was looking for. I couldn't do anything else and was forced to crash the game as I had no other options.
