It's a small issue, but an issue nonetheless and certainly unintended, so I thought I'd bring it up.
Right now, if you're dead/spectating while someone starts a poll, the window with the information about the vote hides about 90% of the name of the person you're speccing.
It looks like this:
It looks pretty clumsy (I'd say either show all or nothing), plus it might sometimes be nice for example to spectate the person that's being votekicked against to find out what he's doing, thus I'd prefer if you could still see whom you're spectating during votes.
