Resolved [BUG] Use of wrong words on kingdom report

I'm playing the latest stable version e1.4.1.

Every time my kingdom makes a decision to accept a new policy, I get a message that the decision was "rejected by the support of the council."

I took a screen shot of one example. The graph shows that support in the kingdom is 100%. The message says that the new policy will be implemented. But why does it say that it was rejected? Shouldn't it say that the policy was "accepted" instead of rejected?
