Knight at Arms

The search didn't work, so don't know if this has been reported, but here goes.
When I was playing Castle 1 in the EU siege server, the game froze for 2 seconds and when it recovered most of textures were changed to some other texture, or they had a strange shade of colour.
M&B Video options:
Direct X 9
Antialiasing: 4x
Shadow Quality: High
Screen Resolution: 1680x1050 32 bits
Rest of the video options are on highest, with the exception of these:
Character shadows off
HDR off
Depth Effects off
Operating System is Windows XP, Graphics Card is NVIDIA GeForce 8800 GTS.
Graphics Card has the latest update.

When I exited M&B, the game froze into a black screen, and after 30 seconds I got tired of waiting and restarted PC. The bug did not persist when M&B was turned on again.
This isn't a big issue and would probably be hard to replicate. First time it ever happened to me.
