[Bug] Tablut/Tavern Game bugs

Every once in a while while playing Tablut (the tavern game in originally Imperial cities), the AI will stop functioning when it's the opponent's turn, causing the player to be unable to finish the game and move on with their business. For the most part this has been a rare inconvenience (as the only way to get out of it is to Ctrl+Alt+Del/Alt+F4 to force close the game and reload), but for the first time I've experienced it happening literally trying to reload and play the game in the same place at the same time.

Ways to make this not an issue anymore:

1.) Find and fix whatever AI logic loop or whatever is being tripped that causes the AI to be unable/unwilling to make a move.
2.) Make "Forfeit" and option, and/or make the main menu accessible during Tablut/board games to be able to reload in-game
3.) Have the AI forfeit if they don't make a move after x amount of time (preferably not something ridiculous).

(After a quick search I see I'm not the only one experiencing this bug, and other threads on it seem to have been left unresolved.)

(Aaaand I just found the technical issues/bug reporting board so if any kind soul mods would like to move this there [even though I've seen other thread(s) on this and it's not on the known issues list], that would be appreciated.)
