That is definitely a bug! Thanks for reporting.
Seems like we have quite a lot of scenes that it took that long for someone to find out... (which is also kind of good news!  )
Don't know if that is a custom scene, but it simply has the wrong terrain connected.
So, Korinov, unless you can find out what the right terrain code was - you should just replace that castle with another one... Because changing that terrain along the AI-mesh etc. is almost like creating a new scene.
I don't know if it is a custom scene (if so it is not done by me). If not it might be possible to take the terrain code from vanilla.
(I'll check that)
It is scene 21.
EDIT:
HOW TO FIX THIS (until Korinov uploads the fixed version):
1. Go into your native scenes folder:
:\Mount&Blade Warband\Modules\Native\SceneObj
and copy the file: scn_castle_21_exterior.sco

2. Now go into your Europe1200 scenes folder:
:\Mount&Blade Warband\Modules\Europe 1200\SceneObj
and replace the file scn_castle_21_exterior.sco

Done!

Aye, it's a Native scene. I chose for each Bulgarian settlement a Native settlement (respectively - town, castle or village) whose layout would most remind me of the real, historical layout of that place. Didn't know the map's terrain (right?) also takes part in this.

Everything is fine Nike. It is not your fault. It is really very easy to solve. Don't know what went wrong, but actually - if you really wanna know - it is not the terrain code but the scene file that got somehow corrupted...

Don't know if the problem is on my end, but it twice when I joined an assault on Dolwyddelan castle the map loaded as rolling hills with the enemy army drawn up in a line opposite us. This wasn't a 'sally fourth' or anything, and when the enemy were defeated the castle changed sides as it should.

I can still walk around the courtyard as normal.

I checked sieging the castle and it works for me. Do you only have that problem when joining an attack on the castle? Did you try sieging it on your own?

I remember having the same problem; don't know what causes it. Back then someone tested too and couldn't replicate it either; worked fine for them. This is one of the more weirder bugs

It's actually a Native scene. Dunno what went wrong. Doing as you suggested anyway.

I have taken over a castle but my inventory was full, is there any other way i can get the royal helmets??

I fear there's not.

I'm thinking we could introduce an option to comission both a new royal helmet and a royal sword from the minister, both should be expensive though.

Not a bug anyway. Make sure your inventory is never full

That is not a performance problem but it means your mod is not installed correctly. Or you are using an outdated version of Warband. Make sure to use 1.153 or higher.

Hello, this is my first post in these forums btw,So i found a bug or i guess i should just download or something that it is when i join a lord's army i think he cant get more soldiers and move at all from his Town/Castle and i don't know if all the other lords are like that but i tried new game and changed between lords and when i try to open the menu of talking or doing action of that kind with him it gives me an error that is:get_object:failed for mesh:pic_soldier_world_map.
so is that a download problem? i re installed as well and didn't work, sorry if i bothered you,and thanks in advance.
Edit: I think i just knew that "pic_soldier_world_map" is something in the mod but it happened to me in another mod and the lord's part i enlist with always bug and do not increase soldiers or move from the fief they were in.
