Summary:
Quest is called "Train troops for Nemos Carphenion".
I fail that quest, saying that all the troops are dead after i finish a quest for Leadh the rock in Marunath where i need to kill a rivaling gang.
How to Reproduce:
Accept a quest to train militia troops by taking them with you to upgrade borrowed troops to veterans, accept a quest where you need to kill a rivaling gang inside a city and do it personally as well.
